💢 Player Concerns (Greivances & Issues) 🆘

Hello FRC,
In an effort to better field and organize player concerns of all kinds and from this point forward all of these will go through a proper channel which is the Player Advocate team.
DM's will no longer directly field/manage complaints or issues of contention outside of answering basic questions and honoring requests for what already is(current rules, quest related things, DM Q&A, enforcement of rules, request thread things, etc). Any matter of serious contention will need to go through the PA team for resolution in this manner. After the PA team has brought the issue to the attention of the DM team, a member may reach out and contact you further if you wish but it will always involve a PA being present in some form whether it be in game, on discord, or via PM on the forums. A players name will never be given out unless the player authorizes the PA to share that information ahead of time.
Some examples of player concerns below...
1. With a DM (DM enforced a rule or made a ruling on something and you disagree, feel you were treated unfairly)
2. With a player (harassment of any kind, general disagreement, pvp issue)
3. With a quest (you're confused how things shaped up, DM went MIA, you feel your characters story was ruined)
This helps with a few things going forward but is not limited to keeping us objective when it comes to problems or new ideas, improving accountability, and keeping things more focused. There is also the added benefit that these issues can be presented anonymously with the PA's so when things are presented to the DM team the attention is solely on the issue and never the individual or group(which has previously been a concern of some players). It further gives players a medium in attempts at conflict resolution when things come up in game where there is major disagreement. This also allows the DM and EDM teams to stay focused on progressing the server forward rather than being bogged down.
Our goal with this is to focus on what's happening in game more than ever and to invest in players who are choosing to spend their time with us.
Below is a list of current members of the PA team. If something comes up and there is an issue you're having a hard time with for whatever reason please reach out to them.
