A group of Hin children, possibly paid by some conscientious member of the community are heard chanting on the bridge late at night. Should they be approached they wills scamper into the night giggling

Blue, in his rare jaunts about town ends up faced by the chant. He sits down laughing with the children. Then discusses weather they understand the meaning of their concepts. The damage words can draught, and if the children trully believe it. Or if their parents would enjoy them being paid to slander anyone in town.
He enforces no concepts or opinions himself. But leaves the children that listen in pause and thought before returning to the library. Still hosting public readings and lessons to the hin-folk.
Overall he seems unperturbed or uncaring to the turning of matters of late. His eyes grown older and older alongside the snow white and silver of his hair. His movements now always with cane at side and whispers continue. Thst the Blue wizard, may not be long for cormyrs anymore.
Arician "Blue" Hellscarem - Always serious, always strange, and always rolling his eyes.

Osecian Lyre-Chant, the brass-blooded bard and actor who lives with his wife Davina(Blue's other wife's cousin) on the other side of Shallybrook, hears the chants of the kids and shakes his head as he makes his way home. For the first time in a long time, he looks uncomfortable and embarrassed. He seems to be deciding whether to tell his wife about this or not and muttering to himself.
But too late, the said Davina, a half elf with golden blonde hair would overhear the chant. She smiles at them, her eyes having turned brass colored in time. She would offer cookies to the children for the rhyme and would ask, what’s the story behind their chant and the notes if she sees them. As they should run, they would miss the good cookies, their loss.
In any case she would also let Oz help himself with the cookies, whether to distract him or give him something for the nerves...or both. Born from a mostly Sharessian family, she herself doesn’t seen embarrassed at all.

Davina hears the chants as she walks home with a box of treats. Growling under her breath as she picks up her leisurely pace home. "Please leave us alone and let my husband live out his last days in peace."
Stopping at the Villa door to gather herself she puts on a huge smile and walks through the door. Looking out over the small village she has grown to love so much before softly closing the door.
Haven walks up the hill shooing away any mischievous children (which she doesn't believe there would be many that would act like this) and taking down any posted notices on the bridge cleaning up the loose papers that may have spread around before paying a visit to Arician the Blue and Davina in their home at night! She is seen removing her hat out of respect when entering their home with the Company Witch Diaara after beckoned inside by Blue.

Tarithel stops at the Lyre-Chants's house during one of her stops in Shallybrook and inquires about Arician's health in a somewhat agitated or troubled manner.
"You know, I never knew he was thaaaaat old. I only heard ... yes, no," shakes her head then nods vehemently, "no, no ... I met Alexial in Valkur's Roar, and she told me." The redhead rubs the back of her neck, then twirls a strand of hair, awkwardly, "Do you know if he still gets visitors? I mean ... it's not like we've fallen down the stairs together, or anything, but ... I remember his lessons on magic. I was thinking .. uhh ... would it be rude ... or ... like ... selfish? ... errr." She heaves a sigh and shrugs, "One last of those lessons that always went straight over my head, you know? ... Before the Lady of Mysteries calls him to her side and all?"
