A tall, grey-eyed woman, dressed in green and black, is lately seen walking up and down the docks of Valkur's Roar. She wears the forked wave of Umberlee in a chain around her neck and a trident over her shoulder. She speaks to sailors and dock-workers. When ships arrive, she receives gratitude offered for uneventful journeys. When ships depart, she listens to prayers of safe passage. If tithes are offered, she collects them and speaks about future plans.
And every day she holds service on the docks:
"...through having named the town after an upstart demigod, having neglected the Queen of the Deep for years, having left you - you who travel the ocean and ensure the towns survival - to your own devices, through that this town has begged to face the fury of the ~true~ mistress of the ocean. But we can change that. Let those who rule the city know that you, of all people, realize the danger of this neglect.
Fair offerings brings fair winds. But, to those neglecting, or mocking, the heart of the Goddess is as cold as the deepest depths of the ocean! Her patience is stretched thin. Beware her fury!"
And never does she speaks the names of the town. Not the past, not the present.
