*sometime in the early morning several postings are left about Valkur's Roar, most by the gates where people entering and exiting can see, one by the bank, one by the food markets around the Tipsy Imp, another in front of Talbot's Tavern, and another on one of the pillars about the fountain in front of the Great Hall*
*at the very bottom, so small it can hardly be noticed unless one gets close*
