I am reaching out to you, as I would be remis by not pointing out that there is an opportunity for you to maximize additional income through ancillary leasing options and working with local traveling merchants. 

Looking at your building, I noted that there is a lot of unused outdoor storage that can be reused if one were to build out two stalls partitioned for four tables, allowing covered space for merchants to literally line travelers up outside your door. Why have loiterers take up valuable space, contributing nothing to your vault? Perhaps you can even temporarily lease those spaces or work out some sort of profit sharing deal with them, brand the extension as Garrot's Stalls - Merchantfriend to make good on your reputation. Included in this letter is a scroll with a rough draft for your review.
