A Report for the Red Ravens, Sir Callen and the GG Militia

Incident Report:
26 Eleint 1383 DR

Greatgaunt Square
A human mage by the name of Abnar was spotted being followed by a lesser winged outsider identified as an Imp. After being told told that familiars in town are not allowed and that the summoning of evil outsiders is forbidden by the Cormyrean law, he first replied that he served a greater law, that he later claimed as Kossuth's. After some moments of discussion with me, he agreed to unsummon the Imp. Even so, to me, he either appeared ignorant of the law or decided to break it by choice.
Some adventurers agrued that the creature could have been a Fire Mephit, since those look similar to Imps. However, I have fought both I know the differences in color and appearance. This one was of deep red color, with two horns protruding from its small head. Fire Mephits are of orange color and have no horned heads.
Abnar's Description:
Bald or shaved head, with a trimmed black beard. He is of average height, and had black and brown attire and a grey cloak. Most likely this man is a Thayvian adventuring magician.
