Those keeping an eye and ear open will learn that Mynian Copperhand has been going around the various towns and visiting temples of a wide range of gods. She seems to be purchasing holy symbols, candles, and holy water.
Her oddest purchase, though, seems to come from Suzail. The purchase of a stone carver's set from the statue maker.
She'd also been heard grumbling for a decent pickaxe and other stone and mining implements. Huffing her way up to Skull Crag and muttering about going around in circles.
Whatever it means, it's apparent that she is Up To Something.

Those keeping tabs will note that Mynian has been heading in the direction of Zorastryl Keep in the late evenings and not emerging again until noon the following day.
After that she's seen heading directly for Yuppa's in Valkur's Roar for at least an hour or two each day. The nearing masquerade party likely being the reason.
By late afternoon, she's back in Greatgaunt to speak to passerby's, locals, and apparently customers as some come by to pick up clothes from her.
Those who check Zorastryl Keep's outer walls will not find too much out of place, except for the sudden appearance of a pile of dark black rocks being piled up next to one of the old dead trees.

Mynian is mostly seen these days occasionally taking a meal at the Regal Griffon Inn before heading off to Zorastryl Keep. Sitting there usually with parchment work of some sort next to her. Sometimes she's seen with a set of coins, looking over each carefully before returning it to her pack.
She's doing little in the way of her business as a tailor and some may note that she's not performed in quite a few moonturnings.

It's been noted that Mynian is going around to a few select shops looking for particular herbs. Ground up flower petals of some sort, ginger root, oil of lavender and other such elements. Purified water and salt, even wormwood. What she's been up to she seems to be keeping to herself.
It's also been noted that the Steamstress has been walking through Valkur's Roar at odd times of the night. She generally sticks to the main streets and wanders almost a bit aimlessly before heading back to roost at Talbot's Table Inn.

On the move again, Mynian seems to be on the hunt asking about jars to be purchased on the cheap. Cooking oils, salts, and sugar by the bushel also for cheap. Sacks of potatoes also seem to be on her list.
To the blacksmiths for large cooking pots, pans, skillets, and hunting daggers specifically curved for skinning and dressing game.
Last on her list is for one or two long tables, inexpensive, sturdy but serviceable. New or used she seems to not care, long as it doesn't "kill me stacks of notes" as she was overheard staying.
As to if she manages to procure any of these items, she's not seen to be carrying anything back with her.

Those keeping tabs would see that Mynian had not gone out on her normal city walkabout in the morning to speak to the folk in Valkur's Roar. She spent the majority of her time in the corner of Talbot's Tavern in front of the fire and seemed to be working on some bit of writing, her eyebrows furrowed in almost constant worry.
She would write, look it over, then scratch the lines out. At least twice she used up both sides of the parchment only to crumple it up and toss it into the fire in aggravation. A new sheet of parchment would come out and she would start again.
Her general aura was practically screaming, "Bad Mood! Do Not Bother!"
The eagle eyed would have seen in the seat next to her were two roses. One deep purple, the other red. The tailor would occasionally pick them both up, look at them with increased worry, and go back to writing.

Mynian had been seen lately walking about Valkur's Roar showing various individuals to the sites where renovations or future construction was being planned. The general layman would say she was being very "Minister" like and obviously explaining what each place was about.
The latest person had been Kali Jarna of the Guardians and before that was an elven man who seemed to act very familiar with Mynian.
Rumor mongers would speculate it was the same elven man that had been seen also staying at Talbot's Tavern on occasion before sailing off again for a tenday or more. A lover? A relative?
Construction workers around the hall give hushed rumors about how the Minister was receiving gifts from a dozen or more secret suitors. General winking and elbowing of how she seems to be rather eligible and attractive woman among the yeoman and gentry stock and it's a wonder why she isn't hitched already.
The more keen, though, state that it seems there is no time that she isn't working on something. That even when she's walking about the city and speaking to the people, it seems to be toward the aim of doing her job as Minister of the City Interior and finding out the people's wants and needs.
Courting? Dating? She doesn't do that sort of thing.

Mynian has been seen lately talking to the general textile and cloth workers employed by the city of Valkur's Roar that care and make uniforms for the guard. General mutterings seem to be something it about to change, but little indication to what.
Other inquiries to fabric and dye makers have been in the bulk numbers, though at this point she seems to be shopping just for costs and not actual purchases.
Her odd state of unrest seems to have not eased. The gossip hens murmur that she's been alone most nights now, nose to her parchment work at the tavern or Great Hall.

While seen out an about earlier in the tenday, Mynian seems to have not emerged from her room at Talbot's for a couple of days.
Those checking will say she speaks to them from the other side of the door, not opening it. She says that she's fine and just was getting some rest.
The murmured rumor in the streets saying she was seen at Greengrass dancing with a rich merchant looking fellow has died down in favor for the speculation that she's driven herself ill due to overwork and a hangover.

A mumbled rumor starts in the North West Quarter of Valkur's Roar.
They say someone heard who heard from someone who heard from a guard that last night the Minister of the City Interior was being carried by the Baron's son to the Crownsilver's estate, escorted by the High Inquisitor. Minister Mynian has been at the estate ever since.
Was she unconscious? Hurt? Drunk? No one seems to know.

The Seamstress come Minister is seen morning of Mirtul the 12th buying some things she had moonturnings before. Ginger root, oil of lavender, purified water, salt, wormwood, ground flower petals of other sorts.
At mid-day she's at the Great Hall in the locked offices. A few messages end up leaving via courier.
By mid-afternoon, she's out again, makes one stop at her business posting right outside of Talbot's to slap another parchment atop it, and then is seen leaving the city and farther to the Western Boarders of Cormyr itself.

Sometime stark in the middle of the night in Valkur's Roar, Mynian is seen walking out of Talbot's Table Inn, bundled tight in cloak and warm gown. She walked the short distance to the monument and stared at it for a good stretch of time. Without utterance and without prompting, she began walking around the area, and pulled down one of the Black Diamond posters and one of the Sydicate posters. She continued to walk the entirety of the South East quarter, and plucked any of either poster she saw. Rounding back to the monument, she sat there with the collected posters, then methodically crumpled each one up into a ball. Parchment ball in hand, she would aim, then toss it upwards to the fire. If the shot missed, she would get up, grab the crumpled parchment, get back to her seat, and try again. She continued this until all the posters were eventually consumed in the monument's flame. It was a little past dawn by the time she was done and walked back up into her room at Talbot's and stayed in there for the whole day.

Besides being seen in the slums of Valkur's Roar handing out food, Mynian was also seen quietly visiting three of the four field lords in the Roar. It was only the lands to the South East she didn't traverse to, but as to why she did (or didn't) is anyone's guess. Someone also whispered in Suzail that she was there briefly near one of the homes by the docks, writing a note and handing it to a guard. ... or someone's guard. ... or a guard that someone has. The details seem sketchy.

Morning of Kythorn the 25th, Mynian was walking about, observing and on a rare occasion speaking with some of the citizens of Valkur's Roar. What few words she said were to placate and calm and she seemed reserved for the most part. Morning of Kythorn the 26th was a different story. She seemed to be going about, almost frantically to various cloth and clothing shops. She'd stop at Talbot's tavern once or twice only to come marching back out again with a letter or note in hand. She carried a particular glower on her face the whole time and was heard to utters at one point ... "Less than two days, yeh serious? Less than two days." She was even waving off anyone needing to speak to her stating she needed to get something done right away and had no time for words.

In Suzail on the afternoon of Flamerule the 5th a fuss seems to happen at the Whaling Wheel. A woman matching the description of Mynian Copperhand was seen being carried out by a guard of some sort in browns. Some in the market square say she looked unconscious and bleeding. The man carrying her didn't stop and headed straight for the House of Healing. The folks there say she lives and stays the night until the healers say she can be released. Whispers say she was poisoned. Others just straight up stabbed through the gut.

It seems Mynian has now been staying at the Great Hall, the majority of her things at Talbot's now moved over to the upper offices.
The rumor of her being attacked or that there was an attempt at assassination takes more hold as the guards shifts are expanded.
She does head out, though, apparently to just get some food and retreats to the hall again.

During Eleasis the 2nd Mynian is up in Cloudstone for the Storytelling Contest at the Unicorn's Door Inn. Rumor has it after a tough competition ending in a tie breaker with Runa Rothgar, Mynian ended up winning. The following ride she is seen at Shieldmeet, apparently enjoying herself, but always accompanied by a bodyguard. She'd apparently taken part in the fishing tournament and placed well. However, during the days where no events take part, she is back in Valkur's Roar, spending the majority of her time in the back office, having brought in her own small table and chair, and writing into a new tally book as census parchments are brought in.

No daily morning walks to speak with the people of Valkur's Roar.
No table strewn with journals, books, and parchments.
No sightings at Talbots or the Great Hall.
Not seen at Yuppa's buying cloth.
Not seen in Cloudstone, or Suzail, or even the fishing lagoon by the Sheildmeet grounds in Immersea.
No sight of her in Greatgaunt, under the overhang in front of Garrot's, back to the wall while she either reads or writes something into one of her many journals.
At the boarders, should anyone press, none mention of seeing her leaving Cormyr, but who knows if she'd been in disguise and left.
The rumors in Valkur's Roar range from her being abducted by the denizens of the sewers to her fleeing with all the coin from the city's treasury with a vampire lover.
Regardless of what the truth actually is one thing is definitely certain.
Mynian Copperhand is missing.

The murmuring starts from the House of Healing in Suzail. A group of adventurers magically appeared right into the place with a battered, beaten, and rag wearing Mynian Copperhand. They smelled of sewer and got her tended to a healer right away.
They were not there for long, but any who prod would hear she was teleported away by a black haired elf along with a blond haired human female warrior in blues and greys. Others walked out via their own two feet, but there was mention of an inn in Dhedluk.

Mynian has been seen back on her daily walkabouts Valkur's Roar, talking to the people as she normally would do ...
... however now there seems to always be a Valkur's Roar Guardsman quietly following her about.
She generally pays them no mind, but on occasion she glances at them, heaves a small sigh, then presses on.

The day after holding an Open Forum in Valkur's Roar that was unceremoniously interrupted, Mynian remains in the Great Hall for the day, head bent over parchment work. Mutterings come from the messengers that go running out sending letters for her this way and that. They say she's in a particularly foul mood and it was best to leave the Minister alone for now.

The folks around the North West square of Valkur's Roar murmur that the council was having a meeting the other night, seeing a lot of them enter the scaffold covered building.
An unusual sight later in the eve, Mynian Copperhand was the first to leave. Some say she left in a hurry, others say she looked fixed to maybe punch someone, a few say nastier things eluding that she was kicked out of the council.
Someone says they heard from a guard who said they saw her hours later come back to the hall. She wasn't there for long and left again with bags over her shoulder and no escort. Say she got on the caravan and went somewhere north.
Rumors stir up that she must of stole from the treasury and is fleeing for the Anauroch. That she's going to pick up her vampire lover in Suzail and make a break for the desert with all the donation funds she got. Seems the only explanation.
... however, murmurs still remain in Suzail about how folks saw her all last tenday along the docks and warehouses of the capital, spending coin buying up surplus stocks of dried food goods by the crate and barrel load. Mass bundles of woolen cloth, wax sealed cheeses, dried beans, nuts, salts, vinegar, pickled goods, dried herbs for making soup, dried flax and pumpkin seed, honey, empty jars to put jams and jellies in. All of it bound for Valkur's Roar.
Though a couple say they saw her giving the Obscene Ogre a strange stare, murmuring to herself, then gave the building a wide berth. Some remember that sometime last year she was found in the back room of it after some sort of altercation where a body had exploded..... or was she abducted again? Or was that the second time around where she was found in the sewers?
... the rumors seem to be blending....

Utterances in Immersea come up saying Mynian Copperhand was seen about town the previous tenday, first spending time speaking at length with the local harbormaster. Then seen heading up to the Thundersword and Wyvernspur estates. What she was doing there was anyone's guess.
Those keeping ear and eye open would know she's now back in the city of Valkur's Roar, apparently debunking the rumor's she's left.

Seems the Seamstress has been in Cloudstone this last tenday. She spends the majority of her time in the Unicorn's Door Inn, comfortably at a table strewn with parchments and notebooks.
On occasion she does pick up her yarting and plays a light tune, lightly joking with the regulars ...
"Well me supposed ta be Master Bard 'ere. Means me should make with the music 'n such aye?"

Mynian had been seen lately over the last couple of tenday on a couple of excursions with the Valkur's Roar Reserves and members of the Guardians. As to what, exactly, she was doing with them is anyone's guess.
Over the last four days the Minister had been holed up a the Great Hall heading out occasionally for a meal, her daily walk about the city, or to go to the Museum for a stack of parchment supplies.
She does stop by Yuppa's shop apparently to make some alterations on something, but she seems rather in place in Valkur's Roar.
The rings under her eyes, seemingly ever present now a days, seldom eases.
