Impaled corpse by Shallybrook/Grestgaunt/Valkurs

Impaled Human Corpse with a note tied around the neck. Located where the road forks for Shallybrook and Suzail.

//Has this been dealt with or am I free to act on it? No DM is responding in the DM channel.

Update: Make that 2 impaled corpses. Another between Valkurs and Great gaunt.

Whatever the case....

Assuming it hasn't been acted on:

Velisario would stumble upon the first remains, read the note, and cut down the corpse, bringing the first to Shallybrook, the closest town.

He would do the same with the second corpse bringing it to Greatgaunt.

Update 2:

Velisario locates another corpse south of Greatgaunt and would cut that down and bring it back towards Greatgaunt.

Aella is looking into the possibility that the corpses might be a set up.Consideting the laws of Cormyr state that that worship of Cyric AND Bane are illegal.

Wandering alone upon the road, Mynian catches sight of the one just outside Shallybrook. She takes a look at the sign hung about the neck of the impaled individual.

Shaking her head she leaves the macabre sign be and turns towards Shallybrook, giving a derisive snort.

"Black Sun 'n Black Hand at it again, issit? More things change.... "

She says no more as she gets to Shallybrook and immediately takes a caravan to Suzail.
