That spell was removed prior the publication. Was originaly wiz/sorc spell 9. Battletide is a cleric lvl 5 spell.

The scroll of "Tide of Battle" show it's level 9 and only for Wizard/Sorcerer, but cannot learn by wizard, is it setting? As per the standard NWN functionality of the spell. Orchid already posted the link, but Tide of Battle functions on FRC exactly as described on the Wiki. nwn.wikia.com/wiki/Tide_of_battleSo, no, you may not learn the spell on any character with any class. You can still cast it from the scroll though. Perhaps some aspect of the spell has been lost that prevents it from being learned by modern wizards and sorcerers, but it still exists in the form of rare scrolls. The effect of the spell doesn't sound great to me. It's an area-of-effect (colossal) with a d100 for holy damage with any roll of less than 30 being raised to 30. That doesn't seem like much damage for a level 9 spell.
