A figure in a heavy cloak and hood is seen frequenting the shrine outside of Suzail, lingering around the altar and crystal garden. He walks with a heavy limp in his left leg, often relying upon a staff of dark, twisted metal to hold his weight. Many times he would make tithe at the shrine, bending his head as if in prayer or supplication. Left upon the altar during one of these visits is a fine vellum scroll, rolled up and sealed with dark grey wax, a symbol depicting scales upon it, a slip of paper set upon it with the single word or name Flaures upon it, written in gold ink.
