Early in the morning after a lazy stroll around the royal gardens, A tall man in simple work clothes and a heavy robe and cowl can be seen putting up a notice across the street from the War Wizards tower. It is written in flowing silver in on expensive vellum, signed with his name and bearing his mage sigil in glowing runes depicting a set of scales made from flowing shadow.

I am seeking a master of Draconic Lore to discuss some matters regarding Metallic Dragons in specific. I am willing to offer my services or a reasonable amount of coin to those who are willing and able to aid me.
