For the third year in a row, a blonde woman nails up notices requesting the purchase of fashionable furs. This year, the posters are marked with the symbol of the Cornucopia Trading Company. // Requesting DM support to keep an eye out for any potential hunters in search of furry little animals. Valera will happily pay for cute, soft or exotic furs.

Winter is soon upon us, and I want to keep myself warm while staying fashionable. I have been searching Cormyr for rabbit and fox furs of high quality, but have found none that suits my tastes or needs. Thus, I now turn towards the brave adventurer community for this most urgent and important of quests.
I will pay handsomely for quality rabbit or fox fur, preferably white. I will pay more if you can also make quality clothes with the fur; such as slippers, boots, gloves, scarfs and fur rimmed cloaks and coats.
More exotic furs may also be of interest.
If you have what I need, please seek me out or send word to the Cornucopia Trading Company at Ildool Lane 101, Marsember.

I'll be vague about the deadline, so if you're a little late and give it to me on Saturday, that's fine. This likely won't be a big event, partly because I've got the Chultan Flu and my head feels like solid lead, and partly because there has not been that many dresses submitted... yet. Which means, you have a great chance at winning!

There was some confusion due to me forgetting stuff and poorly updating previous posters without notifying of changes, and messing up days on the poster (today is Friday the 19th, tomorrow is Saturday the 20th, and don't do contests when you have the Chultan Flu!). Note: only the winning dresses becomes property of the Cornucopia Trading Company (if you don't win, you get your dress back). Winners will be announced tomorrow the 20th of February (or whatever day it is for you) 22:00 UTC, or to avoid timezone troubles: about 24 hours from this post at the Cornucopia Trading Company office in Marsember Naval Docks (see handy countdown on this very post). I will accept dresses until about two hours before the announcement.

With the recent opening of the Phoenix Theatre and the many sponsored Cornucopia champions at the Shieldmeet Tournament, Valera and her company has gained more exposure to a wider audience than ever before. Even though few of her champions won, she is certain that many guests and contestants will remember the deep green and gold outfits with the repeated announcements of "...and I fight for the Cornucopia Trading Company." Keeping the momentum, Valera takes the opportunity to continue her aggressive marketing by putting up some old posters. Alongside renewed Cornucopia company posters for hiring and sponsoring, additional illustrated posters appear throughout Cormyr depicting a cornucopia overflowing with coins on a deep green shield. Below the symbol, in bold black letters you can read:

A sign is put up on the door of the Cornucopia office, it reads: "Away on business trip. Back soon." Hired guards are ordered to guard the office and letters are sent to sponsored adventurers and tournament champions, requesting that they form a Cornucopia team for the Shieldmeet Relay Race and potentially the third Battle Flag.

The Cormex Delivery Service puts up new posters throughout the realm... Cornucopia Trading CompanyExotic Goods and Money LendingPresents The Cornucopia FoundationThe Cornucopia Foundation is a new charity initiative by the Cornucopia Trading Company to raise funds in an organized manner to strengthen and improve Cormyr's economy, and to help victims of disaster and violence by donating funds where it is needed most. Every three months a cause will be announced which welcomes donations from anyone. Once the three months are up, the raised funds will be donated to the chosen cause and a new cause will be announced for the next three months. To donate, please seek out Valera Serena or an official Cornucopia Trader. The current cause: To aid the surviving victims of the red dragon's rampage throughout Cormyr. The funds raised will be used to purchase food, building materials, general household supplies, clothing, blankets and medical supplies for those who lost families, homes and businesses. To make sure that these items end up where they are needed most, distribution will be handled by Henrik of the House of Healing in Suzail. The Cornucopia Trading Company shall donate 10% of this donation period's income to the cause. As the first donation period of the Cornucopia Foundation comes to an end, several Cornucopia marked crates and barrels of food, clothes, blankets, and general household and medical supplies are delivered to the House of Healing in Suzail. The value of these items are estimated to be around twenty thousand lions. The Cornucopia Foundation posters are then renewed with the same cause for another month, to continue raising funds for the victims of Hilp.
Shortly after the Cornucopia Foundation posters are renewed, another Cornucopia poster appears throughout the realm...
// 1st of January 2017, Marsember Naval Docks... exact time to be decided, but results will be posted here, so you can play even if you can't be there. If you can't find Valera, Smit or Squint in-game to buy a ticket but still want to play, just PM us and we'll work something out. // Reposted lottery announcement in its own thread here.

A second Cornucopia marked wagon of food, medical supplies, blankets, clothing, and general household supplies is delivered to the House of Healing in Suzail. Valera was briefly seen talking with Henrik and Elon inside the House of Healing, and visitors may have overheard that the estimated value of this wagon's supplies was around twenty-five thousand lions.
A few hours later, all Cornucopia Foundation posters are taken down across the realm, and no new Foundation cause is announced.
