The elfess, who herself moves with a grace and silence of a cat, is fairly accepted and popular among Arulem's feline population. When she picks a cat up, which she would sometimes be seen doing, most of them would amiably allow her to carry them off and then be petted.
Something might be going on there. But maybe the mystery can be explained by Ariean semi-periodically bringing fish left-overs to the cats.
After a while, whenever Ariean is back in Arulem, she pays attention to comings and goings of both the elf and the cat.

Elvewyn can be seen sat down in front the Statue to Labelas Enoreth. He is cross legged, hands in his lap, rolling a holy symbol around his fingers. He prays softly in Elvan. Asking for answers or guidance to help resolve the matter of the missing Soul. After a while in communion. The Cat is sat next to him.

Elvewyn can be seen sat before the statue of Labelas Enoreth. He is cross legged and his staff is positioned across his lap. He has his eyes closed and it would appear that he is deep in reverie.
The black cat, which has become indicative of Elvewyn's presence, lays on the ground curled up next to him. It appears to be snoozing softly.

*A notice is pinned up beside the Sign*
MISSING MOON ELF what fell from a sky Moon during Shield Meat. Has moonish features, frail brittle bones, silly elfish name what starts with a K or somesuch. Sporting a twiggy bow and a rash temper.
He is rather new to the area and likely to wander about lost or dead. Bones being picked over by carnivorous pixies or crows. Ran over by Turnip Wagons... Buggered by goblins...
If ye finds my Moon Elf, kindly return him to Furin Mound, Ace of Beards Esquire in Bathwater Berg.
Reward if he is captured alive, unspoiled, and as quickly as possible.

OK, so no one has returned my Hollow Boned Moon Elf whom I now Call Elf-inar. He was last seen at the Elf Park at Shield Meat. I left him to frolic with the other elves. Chasing Butterflies, Staring at the Sun, eating leaves and grasses, sniffing butts and whatever other things elves do at the elf park.
REWARD still offered. Ye buggers had better not have eaten my Moon elf or I will be very CROSS!!!... And ye won't like me when I'm Cross!

Few days after Greengrass the elfess known as Ariean is seen carrying bucketfulls of freshly cut flowers to the Keryma "tower". She makes several trips in and out of the town, each time carrying flower-themed burden - vases, flower-pots and more flowers. Some of it she has carried with her all the way from Suzail, other she has picked or planted by hand.

An cloaked elf, nervously enters Arulem, after traversing along a dangerous path. Not willing to go further into the settlement, she leaves a note with one of the wardens at the entrance. The note is rolled around an arrow snapped in two, and tied with twine. In elvish script Shamoke, I do not know who to turn to, I have a dhaerow problem. I seek assistance, and at this time I know of no other to turn to. Q'ora Morwen, Blade of the Black Archer CourtJester

A weary looking elf - Entori ; arrives into the settlement by the gate. His hair is unkempt and plastered to his forehead, he leans upon his staff; and with heavy gate the elf makes his way to the pools.
Disrobing ; those also bathing would look away, news spreads and healers come offering aid but no magic will work. The elf is scarred from his thighs to his neck by some act unknown… some say dragons fire; others a magical accident; the tales run through the small community.
He dives into the sacred waters of labelas and finds a cool seat in the spring before eventually coming to shore. Setting up a brazier , rug, many tomes of magic; histories and accounts from Netheril - any work upon the capturing of souls - and the breaking of spell tomes. His demeanour is sullen, intense, as he scrutinizes the items of power. He begins work on the design of a new staff, and cloak. Scraps of notes from recollections from items he has seen abroad appears.
As the days roll forward he barely eats; is seen sleeping; before awaking to continue his studies once more. If he leaves it’s to visit temples of knowledge - to ask about the same subjects.
Preparing , plotting, and planning - the wizard puts his talents to use; he meditates on mysteries unknown his tel‘’Kira a glow as he finds refuge in his mental faculties.
Others look on a speculate….

Milna is seen at the Thunderstone side entrance to the Hullack, where she finds a years-old sign left rotting and untended.
A quick mending spell later, the sign is restored back to a like new state, and Milna spends some time touching up the paint to make it clearly readable:
On pain of death, Do Not Destroy or maim the woods in anyway. Use of fire and magical fire in the wood, without great need, is not welcome. Any creation of undeath will result in death. Savagely hunting local game with out need will not be tolerated. It is recommended to all Travelers to stay along the paths of the Hullack.
*a sigil of a heart wreathed in pink flames is stamped to the bottom of the message*
After finishing with the Thunderstone entrance sign, she teleports away, and not much later is found repeating the process on the Arabel side enterance.
After finishing the same process with the Arabel side sign, she once again teleports away.

A commotion is heard in the Hullack, as the sounds of fighting and the screams of dying men escape from the bandit camp near Thunderstone. After the forest once again falls silent, a red headed elf can be seen piling bodies together in the camp, pinning a note to each one. To ye who have entered and set camp within the Hullack Forest:
On pain of death, Do Not Destroy or maim the woods in anyway. Use of fire and magical fire in the wood, without great need, is not welcome. Any creation of undeath will result in death. Savagely hunting local game, with out need will not be tolerated. It is recommended to all Travelers to stay along the paths of the Hullack.
You have committed crimes against the hullack. You have savagely hunted the local game without need. You have carelessly and needlessly continued your use of fire and magical fire. You have carelessly felled trees for use for your fires and to clear area for your camps.
You were warned. You did not heed the warning. The sentence is death. Your sentence has been carried out. Let this be an example to all who would violate the laws of the Hullack.
*a sigil of a heart wreathed in pink flames is stamped below the message*
((Not visible in the picture is the pile of bodies she would have left in the middle of the camp))

A quiet moment in the Settlement, Milna can be seen in prayer to Labelas before his statue. The Holy Grail of Corellon sits before her, and she is telling the statue the story of how it was gained. She continues on to recite to the statue what she has learned in the day's endeavors, before falling into silence and sitting in quiet meditation.

Another quiet moment in the elven settlement, Milna is sitting enjoying some rest after her recent adventure to rescue the Azers from the Fire Giants in the Underdark. Some children come up to her and ask her to tell them a story. She's happy to oblige.

In a corner of the elven settlement, Milna can be seen practicing with her bow on the magic target. Attempting to focus and hit the bullseye, she sends arrow after arrow flying at the target, to no avail. Most of her shots hit the outer or middle ring, failing to score a single strike on the inner ring or bullseye. With elven patience, she continues firing at the target, and eventually draws the attention of a group of children. A couple of the children snicker at Milna's continued failure to hit the bullseye, and one of them comments, "She must be neglecting her training. Even I can shoot better than that." As if on cue, one of Milna's arrows misses the target entirely, and the magic target voices its verdict: The children erupt into raucous laughter, and Milna stops her rhythmic firing to frown at them. "Well, children. I'm obviously out of practice. Why don't you show me how it's done?" One of the children eagerly steps forward, and Milna hands him the bow she had been using. A darkwood compound bow with a decent pull weight, huge for the child. As the child struggles to draw the oversized bow, he looks up at Milna, who is simply waiting patiently for his demonstration, some disbelief on his face. As he looks to his friends, they provide no help. "Come on!" they say. "Show her how we do it!" Unwilling to admit defeat, the boy pulls back the arrow with all his might, finally drawing the bow back far enough that it can be fired. He gives a smug look to Milna, points the arrow at the target, and releases. The arrow falls well short of the target, and the target gives its verdict. "Miss... You Need Practice!!!" Before the child can even register the shock at missing the target, Milna mutters an incantation and touches the boy on his shoulder. "Try again, now that you've got a gauge of its pull." The child nods, nocks another arrow, and pulls. The weight doesn't seem as much as before, and the boy is able to draw much further than before. He lets go in the direction of the target, and the target delivers its new verdict. "Hit ... Outer Ring" The child cheers and looks over to his friends. "Did you see that! I hit it!" The children cheer for their friend, and then all come over to Milna, begging for a chance to try. Initially a target of ridicule for the mischievous children, Milna quickly takes on a role as a teacher instead, allowing first one child, then another, enhanced by her strength spells, to attempt to fire at the target with her bow. She gives the children advice, correcting their stance and form, and over the course of the tutoring session, each child has managed to hit the outer ring of the target at least once. After it is all done, one of the children comes up to Milna. "We're sorry, miss. It was awful of us to make fun of you for missing the target." Milna chuckles and shakes her head. "It is of no consequence. Keep practicing like I just showed you, and maybe one day you'll hit the bullseye. Then you really will be a better archer than me." The excited children run off, bragging to each other of how many times they hit the target, and boasting of how many orcs they someday may slay. Milna just shakes her head and goes back to her practice. After all, is it not the duty of a Lorekeeper of Labelas to teach those that come after?

The small, frail frame of Sage Elvewyn Cenocelin can be seen within Arulem more frequently in recent times. He seems to be spending more of his time there. A black cat, whose eye glows red, occasionally stalks the mice around the settlement. He is oftens reading, meditating in the grove or helping to bolster the magical defences of the settlement.
At this moment he is sat crossed legged In front of the statue of Erevan and his staff is leaning against the statue. The carved wooden elf head on top of the staff can be seen silently laughing and blowing silent raspberries at others as they pass by.

Milna is seen entering the Settlement from the portal, and goes about checking the wards and adding her strength to the magical defenses with an angry fervor. Something has upset her, that is certain, and the little redhead seems like a firecracker just waiting to go off.
In her calmer moments she can be found at the Statue to Labelas, either in quiet meditation or in prayer.

* A tall sun Elf dress in the garb of a Priestess of the Father arrives at the Last Flagon. She orders a light meal, pens a letter and pays the innkeeper coin to give it to one of the Wardens. It had been a long time since Naralith visited the Hullack. She was uncertain if anyone she knew was still around.
When the letter is opened, written in fine Elven script, it will read thus:
"Greetings Kin,
My name is Naralith and I am a priestess of the Father. I have been away for sometime and have decided to come out of my solitude. Although I am known by non-Eleven, I feel I need to connect with kin before mingling with others.
In the Father's name,
Naralith"

An elf covered from top to toe in browns and grays appears in the town. Those that know her know better than to approach her when she carries herself in a certain way. She is however not totally without manners and silently greets familiar faces she passes. The figure goes indoors in one of the Warden towers. Hours later she walks out wearing an outfit showing a lot of bare skin (what she considers more suitable for summer) . She leaves a basket of cookies and disappears to from whence she came.
