Scattered across the streets. Posted on walls. And blown into alleys, papers dance across the city.
"To Corymr’s ruling elite,
…you sit on your cushioned seats, arrogantly exalting a way of life of which you did not design. With pompous rigor you point to your nation’s rich history of fairness, justice, and valor while quietly concealing the fact that so dreadfully few of you exhibit those qualities yourselves. You hold in trust, an ancient stewardship of a forest kingdom whose people you leave to the devices of murderers, cultists, and red-robed slavers. You develop elaborate “For the greater good” pseudo-philosophies to hide the fact you are fruitless, ineffectual, and desperately incompetent. Yet you are swift to act against those who try to fix the problems you create from your unavailing actions, and instead of striving to fix your own inadequacies, you ferociously attack those that rise from want of justice. You teach awkward rhetoric to your cheerleaders who quickly confuse “order” with “righteousness” even in the face of overwhelming evidence – a tired, repetitious, drum-beat that favors obedience over respect.
You depend on adventurers…
…to kill your monsters
…to catch your criminals
…to rebuild your cities
…and to fight your wars
There comes a time when people will begin to wonder if they even need you. When pitted against the exemplary legacy of King Azoun the IV, you are found woefully lacking.
Expect Revolution. "
Guards collect what they can, and ask locals if they saw anyone distributing these the night before. They conclude it was a person of average height for a human in darkly colored fabrics covering mail armor. They wore an oddly shaped horned helm made of dark steel. Any information regarding the identity of this person is requested to be brought to the local authorities.

*Delfin would be walking the streets picking up the parchment he comes across complaining about the lack of tidiness of the people of this city. He would stop and read the writings*
hmmm *nods nods* Fair enough I should say, though a revolution seems a bit.... forward.
*shrugs walking off with the parchment he has picked up tucking one away in his belt pouch, the others deposited in the trash, there are many that still litter the streets*
*he would softly chuckle while leaving the trash can* Those of this land never cease to amaze me.

Late at night, a man hooded and in black, attempting not to draw any attention, paints the words "Expect Revolution" in large letters across a wall.

~At some point Tal comes upon the writing... he ponders some as he looks them over.~
'Change' He thinks to himself. 'Yes, change... but with a careful and guiding hand, and without such undertone'.
~He squints his eyes some, giving more thought to the situation~
'Well, at least they were kind enough to let others know what to expect... possibly when?'
~He tilts his head to the side as his inner-monologue continues. He takes one of the notices and roles it up for future... possible need. Then he turns his head to the bold paint~
'Although, a simple notice would have sufficed.'
~He leaves and returns some time later with a bucket of water and a bottle of vinegar, with brush in hand he starts to scrub the at the paint whilst humming a cheerful tune~
Later in the day, Tal would discuss the notices with other common folk, at times a guard or two. He would later bring it up over a Tormish brunch of all things. The discussion with his close friends were civil for the most part... since there were opposing views, but all were agreed that controlled change or control in general would be required to ensure the safety of all. Honey over vinegar.

Late at night, Fenix walks around the town with a bottle of feywine and a few official looking documents, careful to watch every single person passing by with the most extreme attentiveness.

Morgaine notices the fliers and mulls it over for a long time. Perhaps this will act as a wakeup call but more likely it will start inquisition and hunt for those responsible with innocents caught in the mix. She then head to the church of the defender to mention that the church should start being alert to watch for both extremes, inquisition and rebellion but any moves to correcting problems mentioned should be encouraged. She will discuss it with her fellows for how they can help fix the problem.

Casually passing through the city Deko would notice the fliers around and grab one in his hands. Upon careful reading he would make the slightest of chuckle and whisper to himself "prosperous times... indeed". Tossing the paper away he would continue his walk in a casual and relaxed stance.

*Amilith would walk through the city, pick up a flyer and read it. He would then let it fall as he looks about. Shrugs and continues on his way*

Upon the many walls of the many cities of the forest kingdom, artfully crafted vandalism from Suzail, to DhehdLuk, Valkur's Roar and Greatgaunt, are the words written "Expect Revolution", together with many copies of the original fliers posted and thrown about. Added: "Death to the Malarites and the traitors of Cormyr"
// Many names appear in many of the copied manuscripts from the original author, naming locals as supporters of slavery or oppression. A call is put out for the death or arrest of the many supposed allies of Malar and Thay.
Eventually many cities of the Forest Kingdom are to find large paintings of the words "Expect Revolution" within its territory, together with many copies of the original poster's claim. None can tell who did it, out of fear but not for lack of coin. Anyone trying to buy their way into some kinf of information finds no particular person, named or otherwise, who is responsible for leading these acts of revolution.
//any attempt to find out who comissioned the letters, would lead to thieves, street urchins, and vagabonds, paid to leave these messages upon walls and doors, Any further investigation should be directed at a DM.

~with a sigh, Tal would eventually commission said street urchins to clean up the very acts of vandalism they made, double their pay, and a hefty lecture on staying out of trouble and respecting their elders~

A Tall muscular woman clad in armor, wrapped in a red cloak, picks up a paper that the wind stuck to her leg. Upon reading it she lets out a hearty laugh and stuffs it into her bags.
"The obvious, in written form..."

Morgaine, having alerted the faith, returns to her duties in Valkur's Roar and road patrols near there, suzail and eveningstar and listens carefully to the people to see if any of those she helps and assists as matter of course have any news or rumors of actual rebellion brewing anywhere.
Hopefully in her travels someone she meets will know more of hear of more since a rebellion needs to arouse an army not just a few adventurers.

A Towering Swordmajor of the Royal Corps is seen collecting and tearing the pages apart, whenever found, and depositing the heap of torn pages in trash bins. Further, he appears to be instructing the local Purple Dragons to do the same and assist him.

A man shrouded in invisibility approaches homeless beggars from behind, in search of one willing to make some quick coins. When such a person is found a note is passed along with some instructions. The same homeless man would later be seen tacking a note closeby one of the previous locations of the original posts.
The note reads "expect evolution in the half-witted minds who advocate for revolution".

Gale wanders through the city from the direction of the caravan looking at all the clean up going on. He pulls a note from the trash and reads. Soon after he gives a faint "By the arch-wizards eyebrows...." then throws the note back in the trash. He goes about his business later returning to the caravan.
// let me know if im doing this wrong : )

*At the more run down parts of Valkur's Roar, close to the Ruined Tower, painted in large letters: "Expect Revolution, -Ghostknife the hero".* The authorities would quickly round up Dramus, known as Ghostknife in the inns and various shops around VR. He would respond: "Are you under a feeble mind spell? Why the hell would i implicate myself with traitors who are doomed to death in such an obvious way? Someone is obviously trying to set me up, and if they succed at it I wont be the only innocent person you send to the gallows"
