I just reached lvl22 yesterday with Crom and noticed his Base AB staid at 21. Is that the max for an Epic Char? Or is it maybe some sort of bug, because when I look at Crom's stats before i actually log in it says his BAB is 22, but drops 1 when i start to play.

I dont know why the sheet would say 22 before you begin play. This is BAB progression: Fighters and the like (Barb, Pally, Rang, Weapon Masser, etc) prior to level 21 get +1 BAB/level. Which means if you are a level 20 char your BAB is 20. Post level 20 (21 and up) ALL CLASSES progress with a BAB of +1 every other level. which means that at level 21 you get BAB 21, at 22 you get BAB of 21, at 23 you get BAB 22 and so on and so forth.
So basically if you take all fighter type levels the first 20 levels, the max BAB you can end up with is 30 at level 40.

Just out of interest, as I never became epic in NWN: In Pen and Paper the epic BAB increase is not really a BAB increase anymore. All BAB you get above level 20 is just a plain bonus to attack rolls, preventing mages/priests/rogues from getting 4 attacks each round. Did they incorporate that in NWN, or does a level 32 wizard have 4 attacks?

You don't gain more attacks above level 20 in NWN.

which is why powergamers planning how to take all their 40 levels in advance always take the fighter levels first since any other classes prior to level 21 will cost you base attack bonus... yes, that rule does prevent alot of powergaming but at the same time it creates alot of loop holes for power gamers who want their rogues to obtain that precious 4th attack... the base attack bonus gained in epic levels is refered to as epic base attack bonus, and it doesn't grant anymore attacks per round and it increases at the same terribly slow rate for all classes regardless.
