A man clad in silver cloth pants and a green tunic tinged with red walks into the Alazarin Academy of Bardic and Arcane Lore, leaving a letter to be delivered to a man at the front desk. The front of the rolled parchment has a single term scribed across it.

"Hail to ye.
I have recently been involved in the works of ancient and powerful wyrms. By chance, over time I found myself in posession of an ancient relic, one of true value and legend and with a tale to go with it. My intent initially was to see it returned proper to the dwarves, but they had instructed me otherwise. Instead I had hoped to have words with you if you wefe interested in placing an offer for it. I was told you collect such artifacts. If your interest is piqued, please leave word at either the Regal Griffon of Greatgaunt or the Tipsy Imp Tavern of Valkurs Roar. Ask for Fenix the Faceless.
For your interest, the artifact once belonged to the dragon Juniegloriousvoluminous.
