Is there a shop that sells these? There were two that I knew of- Redmist and the Shield Hall. Both have been shut down. The Thayan Complex has a scroll shop but no merchant. Most of the outlying cities sell higer level stuff if anything at all and the Isinhold antique shop sells only a few scrolls, all of which I have. Well, except for knock which is ultimately useless on a multiplayer server since it won't work on plot doors

I have been considering working on opening the roads up a little this week, with fewer spawns on the roads. I think this would help players interact more. This will be a fairly involved project, but I am ready to undertake it, and it won't be that hard. I will start by working on the most commonly travelled cities. Some of the others may stay difficult to reach. So help is on the way for travelling.

Opening up the roads a bit more sounds awesome. Everyone should have the potential to travel on foot and not be restricted from all the cool cities because of a lack of cash or character levels.

after searching Arabel, Evningstar, Marsember, Suzail, Shallybrook, and Skullcrag by spending over a thousand gold on caravans, I found no low level scroll shop such as the one in Redmist.
I don't mean to sound like a grinch, but the low level people suffer a lot here. Everything is catered to upper levels (I know this is slowly being changed) and taking away our only source of low to mid level shops really hurts us a lot more.
I'm lvl 9 and finally have enough money for the shops in Redmist only to be told to keep out under penalty of possession, dismemberment, evil cloned, or just plain death.
couldn't the demons have tken over one of the many high level cities instead? They're so inconsiderate!
