A man dressed in full plate armor, wearing evergreen colors has been seen frequenting Valkur's Roar for the last several days. If asked, he becomes short with the answer and informs people grudgingly that his name is Scar.
Having taken up residence in Talbot's inn, the man has been wandering the streets of the city. Concentrating most of his time around the city center, Scar asks locals about the current political landscape of the city as well as any other interesting tidbits of information that might intrigue a new comer to the city.
When not frequenting the streets and asking to learn more about Valkur's Roar, the man can be seen in Talbot's Inn, where he remains near the bar. Having become friendly with the barkeep, Scar tries to learn any rumors making their way around the city from the shadier characters of Valkur's Roar.
//OOC: Myself and several other characters were thinking of making VR their home, however, IC'ly the characters wanted to learn more about the city before making up their minds about the city which is what Scar is attempting to do here.
