In painfully precise midani - " praise the loregiver and his words, I have made repeated attempts to buy a trading licence five in all over some tendays , these attempts have been greeted with silly excuses such as not having wax for the seals or wrong coloured ribbons to no ribbons at all. This incompetence has cost me considerable revenue and as a free trader seems to me that I am due some kind of redress for the lost revenue. nevertheless I still wish to trade within the confines of isinhold and would like some aid in obtaining said licence." - above scored out
In large childish letters in common - "I have tried to buy a traders licence on repeated occasions five to be precise with no success, kale who is in charge has fobbed me off with lame excuse after excuse, I wish to apply not only for the licence to trade but for the concession to grant licenses too for a mere ten percent of the gross, In addition I feel im due some recompense for lost revenue due to this incompetence so would expect some kind of rebate on the licence fee or other consideration to apply such as free room and board in the griffon. I would be grateful if you could expedite this matter lady Sharita.
