Alright! We think its about time to set things in motion!
We are going to start playing this group Tuesday 07/06/2010 at 7:00pm EST and we will continue to play every Tuesday.

(If you haven't yet) We would like you to post your character's class, your character's weapon of choice, your character's skill(s) of choice, your character's monk order, your character's background story, your character's first and last name, your character's personality/beliefes, your character's deity, ect.

Nye Rellel was just a baby when his mother died in a raid on his town by orcish bandits. Because his Father died in the war long before he was born, Nye was left alone. A day later, elvish monks of the Sun Soul Order found him hardly alive in the remains of a small house. The monks took him back to their monastery and had him approved for training by the high cleric of the monastery. The monks raised him as their own and gave him the name "Nye Rellel" which meens "Great Leader" in old elvish. There, the monks showed him the ways of the monk; he learned it well. As Nye grew up, he studied the services of of the paladin along with his study of the monk ways. At the age of 24 he was knighted by his order a Paladin of Lathander. From then, until the age of 31, he didn't do anything except study. He studied the law and how to keep it. He studied leadership. He even did a few studies in divine magic.
One day he was called upon by the high cleric of his monastery to be the leader of a group with an important mission. The monastery had appointed quite a few of these groups to seek out an evil monk order called "The Dark Moon" and put a stop to their evil doings. Nye was entrusted to lead one of these groups. The group was entitled, "The Fellowship of the Radiant Moon".


I think it's about time we all make a background story for our builds.
Making a background story can provide for some epic RP. ;D

My background story is basically the same, just disregard anything regarding paladin, and that's Nye's background story. He will still be very paladin-ish, but he can't technically be a paladin, so I'm not going to make him one.

Weapon: I'm going with open handed fighting. (unarmed strike)
Class: pure monk. (might add 1 level in rogue to get sneak attacks)
Race: Human
Sex: male
Age: 31
Deity: Lathander
Personality: strong willed, good leader

EDIT: (just 2 things I forgot to put down.)
Skill: He will be a smith of armor and weapons
Monk Order: Sun Soul

Finally funthe thread well as you know i'm quite interested although i have never played a monk but i'm okay with sorc so might mix her with that or dex i think dex would be easier though.. ! keep me updadted

But did he get rest and relaxation? Noooo, he got sent to a place called Greatgaunt instead.
