Okay naming my next dog after Sassy Pants. Thanks for the drop in fun and causing Suzail to suddenly run out of Deet!

Thanks to DM Hawk, especially for the ad hoc religious service when I noticed the time on the game clock as we came to the temple of Lathander. Plus, they say you should never meet your heroes.

Thank you Hawk for the event yesterday evening. Some of the "good" ppl were mostly "Ah, good to see you again" while others...like Mobius, were in complete and utter awe of "that NPC" presence. Truly a memorable moment with lots of screenshots 😁

Good on, DM Hawk! *ups Mynian's spot/search/listen skills next Rogue level she gets*

I'm still expecting an elderly teaching cleric to teleport in past any wards and other protections (up to and including a dead magic zone) just to whack Kim with a ruler...

Thank you DM Sassy Pants for that nice Slaadi Temple spike! Zellie is the second PC in history of mine to see the dreaded Black Slaadi!

Just wanted to toss up a small public thanks to our own DM Hawkles. The Starmantle campaign has involved a lot of people over several years, the cast keeps changing, but the action has been building to a slow and steady boil for a long time over many, many battles some victories and seberal defeats heh. It has been something of a stand alone in all my experience playing nwn and I wouldn't have given up the story for the ironsworn for anything. It's been immersive, and at times its certainly been brutal, but as it all comes together, it has been worth every step. Today just the simple news of an npc's fate actually made me shed tears, and by the end of it, i was nearly there again. DM Hawk is one of the best when it comes to knocking you down and giving you that chance to rise back up, sad to say we've not always rose to the occasion, but its been worth it. Thank you again Hawk.

Hmmm, Starmantle campaign? Makes me curious as to whether this stock certificate on one of my characters is going to be Faerun's Apple or Enron.

Thank you to Hawk, and any others that had a hand in the Planarnauts Parade. That was a lot of NPCs, and Merchant items, and then the herding of sheep through Suzail and VR, undead attacks, etc.
It was definitely a memorable event and the players appreciate all the hard work that goes on backstage to set the scene for us.
Thank you!

Thanks to Hawk and all of his assistants for the absolutely epic Starmantle plot. It's been a lot of work for you over two years or more and it's been fantastic!

Hawk, and all the others that assisted and helped him over the years the starmantle campaign has gone on for, it's been a campaign full of ups, downs, and madness left and right. I couldn't name everyone that helped because my memory is that of a goldfish but it was almost like a pen and paper campaign in both duration and all that happened. Bravo.

So... Valera's story is over, or at least she is retired from Cormyr, and now spends her days bickering with the other members of the Starmantle League of Merchant Lords. Valera's story started back in 2012 when Hawk and the DM Team approved the idea of my moneylender concept. Over the last year, I have mostly played her in Hawk's Starmantle plot, where she eventually found an ending. It's more open ended than the ending I was aiming for (perma death!), but I didn't want to force it, and I'm very satisfied the way it turned out. Perhaps this ending allowed for more character development than an executioner's axe? Thank you, Hawk, for the support, the opportunity, for tying together the beginning of her story with the ending, and tying it together with other plots involving many other characters. I really appreciate your attention to detail and dedication to keeping the plot moving week after week. It has been an adventure I won't forgot. Thanks to all the other DMs Valera has interacted with over the years, but special shout out to Savoie Faire for the early days with the Volunteers and soul stealing lich, McGuffin for the romance novel intrigue in VR, Extropy's Arabel restoration, Ponymaster for that shady tournament below VR, McGuffin and Unknown for the starmetal, and all the DMs that may have helped Hawk behind the scenes in Starmantle. Also, thanks to any DM who has made items that has passed through Valera's wicker basket over the years... it has been quite a few.

I'd like to thank DM Hawk and the other DM's behind the scenes for the Starmantle plot. The catapult scene in particular was so much fun I actually felt inspired to put on the "Mission: Impossible" theme in the background on Youtube as Calah was setting out for it, which I have never done before or since because I'm just not one to do that, and I was so hyped up on adrenaline from the danger to my character that I had to write and rewrite some of my emotes up to three times because my hands were shaking too much to type straight. As much as that scene was my favorite, the plot also had many other memorable and exciting moments all throughout. Thank you to all the DM's involved for a rollicking good time.

Thanks again to Hawk and any other DM's participating in the Planarnaut missions. They're long with a lot going on to keep track of, so thank you for your continued efforts in addition to everything else you're working on both in other events and the recent Beamdog issues. My palms are sweating but I'm having a blast!

Thank you Hawk for a wonderful and painstaking long event this evening. I don't know how you do it, but you ride a fine line between "he wants us to have fun" while at the same time giving us the feeling "he wants to murder us all".

I also want to note Hawk's detail in building the custom areas. I especially liked the sky in the first place we went. Unfortunately, I failed the self-imposed Lore check to recognize the significance and so couldn't mention it to the rest of my team, but I know what it was OOC.
