Fank yous. ^_^ I'm glad you guys liked the set up.
Pass a few points to DM Pookie too as he helped lay down some food for the reception and helped with the clean up in the temple. *thumbs up*

Thank you DM Aodhan for letting the shirtless monk feel the presence of Lady Firehair.
Also a big thank you to Aodhan and Goldilocks for last night in Redmist, great scenario as well as excellent RP; it was fun trying to resolve the situation through RP and not resort to just killing. ;D I hope Ranan didn't throw too many surprises into the mix.

This is a shout out to DM shadowcatjen.. Some may have noticed her area in the DM schedule is gone and her posts are back under her original title. I know I did and it made me a bit sad to know another DM has handed in her Boots of Smiting and Arse Kicking +10. Those are nothing compared to her Gloves of Assistance +20 though..
For the work you did in the FAQ, cleaning up the boards, helping people in game, the quests you ran, and all the other stuff people didnt see behind the scenes..
Thanks Shadowcat..

Thanks to DM Pookey for the fun times in the wealcome area after the server resets. Killing Morthasil in many different ways was a good laugh.

Props to DM Hackmaster for helping me soil myself in fear and terror. Oh, and for being extraordinarily cool! I verbally beat my friend for you Hackmaster.

Thanks to whomever was At-ur Rehmat (whose name bears a striking resemblance to one elsewhere). Check Silverstring's song-thread, as there's now one about him. :-D

This one is a bit late, but I always have troubles finding this thread since I have a hard time reading and finding things on a screen unless I know where they are exactly.
That said, thank you very much to Valkyrie for a short while back spicing up a trip to Quesquaton. It certainly gave Aren and Celith something more to think about concerning the ruins history.

Right then... firstly, seconding the previous two posts by Entori and Toreavamp. Good times.
And, secondly... even if things ended up rather tense, thanks for Ainur for what may have ended up as a fun night, if things didn't go bad, and to the other DMs (particularly Richard) who helped everyone to sort of reconcile afterwords. It's a shame things ended up as they did, but eh, the past's in the past.

Any chance this thread could mayhaps be stickied ? Maybe even considered moved to the roleplay suggestion etc section ? It'd make it a lot easier to find for all of us, I think.

I just want to give a quick shout out to the Pookster! Where would Luna be without you? *hugs* You are awesome, the quests you come up with...pure genius. Keep up the good work! Lotte I too would love to give a shout of to My Friend Pooky.... You are the first DM I have had in many servers to actually willingly step out and help me when I was in dire need of it... and though I have not spent the time here to meet the rest of the DM Staff, if they are anything like you and what I heard, then they are to be honored to take their time to help us and put such a great persistent world on for us to intereact within. Your a great help in times of need Pooky... keep up the great work and thanks for all the help you have given me and most likely will need again. ;D ;D ;D

Just a quick thanks to DM Richard for trying to help us out when Eberk, (with two left feet) stepped of the tiles and killed half the party in the tomb in Skull Crag. Somtimes a party just makes too many mistakes to overcome.
And thanks to the DM, who played the Vampire Child in the crypt in Isenhold. I'm sorry, but I can't remember who that was. That was so much fun, I think we played tag with that kid around for an hour, running back and forth through the spawns, with him yelling catch me. I still have the kids journal, and my character will always keep it.

I haven't had too many run-ins with the DMs here. Don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing. I do have to say thank you for the few that I have had the pleasure or not so pleasure of meeting.
I was told that it was DM Greenhouse that saved Rainee and Nemrin in a cave after some very bad things that were in this cave shouldn't have been. When the PDKs came in and killed everything my mouth dropped open. They searched her body for a scroll, which being low lvl she wouldn't have had one. One of the PDKs turned her over looked down at her come to find out she's only MOSTLY dead. I was laughing so hard at that my eyes welled up with tears. I do have to say thank you for that it was a most interesting night as that was my very first interaction with a DM.
The second interaction I had with a DM was with Korista. *smirks* That DM ruined a snowball fight *giggles*. She would have won too. Korista was in Skull Crag with Merin. She decided that she was going to practice her aim with a snowball. So she makes a snowball aims for the mountain and it wizzes by Merin's head. That is what started it. All of a sudden out of nowhere an old woman is walking down the path muttering about Merin and Korista. Korista fell backward as Merin tried to hit her with one. As she went to get up the old woman looked at her and said something to her which for the life me I can't remember. But that old woman put so much fear in her she didn't know how to react. She actually feared her life over that one.
The third interaction probably most know about. Now I don't know if the darn chicken was possessed by a dm or not but Korista is a chicken chaser extraordinaire. She spotted a chicken inside Isinhold while Luna and Ailren were talking about At-ur being in the area. So Korista spent I swear it was like 15 minutes chasing this chicken around trying to get it out of the gates. Which she exceeded. Then later on she met At-ur which didn't turn out too well for her. Darn red heads and their tempers. Needless to say that At-ur killed her in I believe 3 hits maybe even less. That was some great rp and it helped Korista to realize some things about herself. So I do have to say thank you Hackmaster for that it was a great time. Even though I knew out of character she was dead before it even started. it was still great!
OH..Can't forget to mention Pookey! *shifty eyes, looks at Pookey's finger on smite button* Thanks for taking the time as Zak to teach Korista to be a fighter. It has been fun even though she doesn't get any xp *smirks*
to the rest of the DM crew as I don't know who you are I think you guys all need a pat on the back. Hopefully this down time will get you the much needed break you all need. Thanks for everything you guys have done even if it isn't directed towards me personally. I am a firm believer that everyone needs a pat on the back every once in a while. So DM team keep up the good work! ;D
Much love to the DM team for making this possible! *hands out cookies to the DM crew*

Can't take credit where credit is due. Greenie tried to help (I think it was you) one time when we were killed by lag and Rakshasa in the Mistwood. Of course, they killed us anyway (Damn their eyes! Their True-Seeing eyes!). LOL. My character refuses to go back to that temple. But it was definately nice to have DM help when I needed to loot the bodies of my party members.

I wanted to say major thanks to the crew for all the recent activity. I've gotten RP EXP about three times this last week, all when I was talking with just one other person in an isolated place. It's nice to know that, even with how many people were online, everyone was getting noticed.

Thanks to the DM staff for putting up with all the players... I know there's at least a few of us who would be very sad about having to find a staff as good as this one again.
And HeatherRae: when you and Arak go out looking for those idiots who make up these exploits, let me know. You're gonna need a sneaky type to catch the ones y'all miss.

I went on a long walk with several other players yesterday and I had a little exchange with another player I was with (in Tells) about how nifty we thought the new tracks everywhere were. I think of one of Mouse's roles in a group as "tracker" and I sometimes like to stop and emote that she's tracking: this gives me an extra, external cue that I can use to play with that.
So this is my shout-out to DM Ainur 'cause the person I was with tells me he's most likely responsible.
And I want to apologize for not putting this up yesterday, instead of waiting until today: today it feels like I'm trying to soothe hurt feelings 'cause people had their feelings hurt yesterday. Well, I do wish to do that, because having your feelings hurt is just not nice... but it's honestly true that I, and this other person I was with, were sending out appreciative vibes at that time, and I'd like to make those appreciative vibes more audible.
*Gives everybody lots of strawberries, tasty ones like the ones I had last week, yum, and gives the biggest one to DM Ainur*

actually from my knowledge, we owe A lot to ainur and greenies scripting capabilities, of late. I'm sure other Dm's are enolved, not to mention Dm justi (creator, founder, god supreme).. Alot of custom things we owe to them.
Uniqueness as follows:
Food system, and resting system that is uniquely scripted to FRC Teleport system that is likewise unique. tracking..mass animal empathy timestop Fixs!..while still a tad buggy still amazingly better. all our cool spell fixes, and Visual removals. Recharge, potion and magical weapon crafting.
And many many more. that I'm sure I'll never finish the list.
Bottom line, as we complain sometimes, its only venting and our dms understand that. Matt said it best, its their house and we come over to play with all the cool toys. Which is amazing and we love them for it.
I know ainur gave a huge list of stuff yesterday that we never seem thankful for as well.. But truely. The teleport skill is Awesome, The crafting skills are awesome
FRC is AWESOME.
I can sit at home and read a novel and get inspiration, for a character in the same world more or less. FRC is the BEST FR server around. and we have only 14 people to thank, they work relentlessly, and amazingly hard.
I've complained before, but I beleive I've sent PM's apologizing,
I really just want to bump what was already said. that we thank you guys for all your super hard work. And truely respect it
