Hey, I'm new here (I play Michelle ) and I was just wondering where exactly are some of the towns in Cormyr in relation to other towns and such. Can anyone put them on a Cormyr map and put it on the Forum? Thanks!!!!!!

Just keep in mind... it's a good map, but, not 100% accurate to the module... or to source material, either, I'm fairly sure it was just drawn by someone, not taken from a book.
Still a handy reference, though, and mostly correct.

That map always gets me because Waymoot is misspelled.
Shimmer has Isinhold and Redmist in the right neighborhood though and everything else is close enough for a rough guide. (Where did you find a font to match the font on the map?)
Note that Proskur itself does not exist in the module, only the Thayan Enclave of Proskur is accessible. According to the maps from FRCS, there should be a bridge between Cormyr and the Dragon Coast at Proskur. Instead of the bridge, we have Isinhold, basically. This map labels that bridge Fallen Men Bridge, though the FRCS map doesn't have a name on it.

Wow that puts things into a new perspective. I made people run about 35 miles for the spring feasts a few weeks ago. No wonder the wolf won. No spell will bring you three days hike faster than a wolf. I need to print this out, the druids have not been playing properly. Arabel is taken by an Orc hoard and a dragon. It is not so far away from their own critical interests. Also with Arabel gone does that mean Hullack is not accessible. It might be interesting to throw a lake attack on that ferry ride. I don't think people are going there though Wheloon. Rite.

The Hullack on FRC is, under normal circumstances, accessable from Arabel, and from taking a boat from Thunderstone, which is itself accessed by boat.

That map always gets me because Waymoot is misspelled. Yeah I did wonder why Waymoot was mispelled, I assumed that this was an older map and the town's name was spelled differently back then. I've updated it now, see my original reply. I cut & pasted and resized a bit!

I meant that a occupied town sits on one side of that trip. Orcs have boats. Speaking of the town. How did they get there without having taken all the land in some direction from it? Rite.

Like I posted above, the map just isn't 100% accurate to FRC... while talking about north of Arabel, Castle Crag doesn't show up at all, for example.
In the actual source material, Isinhold and Redmist are completely non-existant: the FRC builders created them independently. The coastal road from Redmist to Suzail is a fabrication as well. This was actually an issue in an attempt by a past DM at running a different war plot, but, I digress. I think it's one of those things we'll just have to accept (although if I'm wrong, someone please feel free to correct me).
