Woman named Mischa demanded food of an elf named Wylan. There was a heated discussion and Wylan told Mischa to go find her own food and to cease being such a [REDACTED] Mischa then responded with a powerful and dangerous looking spell that obviously harmed Wylan a great deal. Squire Norah advised Mischa to turn herself in, and was rudely and bluntly refused. The woman then left town through the south it is advised she be approached with caution.
