I was wondering what the stance is on Divine casters doing enchanting for weapons. Currently the system doesn't really allow for Divine casters to do enchanting on weapons as far as I know. Is there room for custom item requests for crafting weapons by Divine casters?

Divine Caster's is a rather large category to be lumping together with such a statement. Both Clerics & Druid's are capable of using the IG enchanting system that everybody has access to weapons with certain types of elemental damage. Other divine casters are more limited to armour enchantments (if they even have the skill investment to do such), it's something best discovered IC. I believe it's important to note that there is nothing stopping a divine caster unable to do the enchanting that they wish from approaching a friend with the request or even some merchant PC that knows how to enchant items.
While it's not out of the realms of possibility that a DM might decide to help someone with such a request, such should likely be considered a rare sort of reward.

Sorry, let me be more specific. When saying divine casters, I wasn't referring to all of them, in this case I was referring to druid and cleric.
Now I know druid's are capable of the 1d4 for one elemental damage range, but it doesn't seem like Cleric's are, according to the IG research I've done and questions I've asked of other players.
Is this assumption wrong?
