Greetings Lord Sleff,

Me name is Mynian Copperhand and me be writing to inquire about what the cost and upkeep would be to open up a store in the city. As a seamstress by trade me would like to sell both a regular stock of affordable clothing and specifically tailored clothes for a full range of individuals. Me would also like to serve drinks and perhaps small pastries while me clients wait for tailoring work to be done.

If there be concern over opening up another tailoring shop as competition for the good Miss Yuppa then me be fulling willing to speak to both yourself and her over the matter.
