I started playing and as I got to the point of the server questions I seen drow are not aloud.
So I remade a new player which visuals were aloud but I ended up stuck in a ban section it told me i had a community GoG key so I followed the instructions got my unique keys then when i re logged I was still stuck in the ban area.

Just log out and log back in.

When logging out I find completely closing out NWN (and Beamdog if you go in that way) helps avoid this issue.
