A letter for the administration at the Royal Corps Outpost

*A letter would've been given to the Swordmajor guarding the gates of the Royal Corps of Monster Hunters' Outpost by a blond man with grey eyes armored with a simple chain shirt of dark colors. He would've also asked politely about the procedures of registration and to leave the letter to whoever is in charge of applications. In the letter is written as followed:*
"Formal greetings to the official reading this paper,
My name is Nathaniel Kroslum and a few months back I had the chance to discuss with one member of the Royal Corps, which I'll describe later for reference, about the roles of the organisation throughout the Realm. At the time, I was still at the beginning of an adventurer's career and considered different posts located in the South-Western parts of the country. And now, after gaining experience and skills in fighting, I believe myself to be more suited for being on the field in your colors. Of course, it might be best for me to meet with one of your representatives to perhaps refresh some details or have a more thorough discussion than the one I had said couple months ago.
Skills include progression in the mastery of the longsword and dual-wielding. Able to fight on foot as well as while mounted. I also possess military experience from back in my country of birth.
Although I do not remember the name of the member I spoke to, I know she is half-dragon due to her red wings. She also has red hair and seems to be proficient with musical instrument as she displayed when we met. I believe she said her rank to be Squire.
You may send an answer to this letter at the Red Fellowship in Suzail for I frequent the place fairly often.
