Mage armor potions -- to buy

I have seen these for sale.
Somewhere.
I tried the obvious cuplrits  - alchemists'
No Luck.
Does anyone know where the supplier is?

EDIT: I did in fact try waymoot WITCH *giggle*  -- -  hmm many places still to try - -  I SO should of written it down when i saw it - - - -  on my low level cleric who doesnt have the spell mage armor potions would be ideal

Have you tried asking a certain cauldronstirrer in Waymoot?  Asking for a friend.

There is a hermit in the woods  - somewhere in Waypoint Espar etc area -  who sells rings of polymorgh in gnome - -  but do you think i can find him again - i need a better map.
Or a better memory.
