Heyas, just a quick question as to which dm I should send a prestige class application to? I couldn't quite figure it out and I may have sent it to an inactive dm.

The only prestige classes that require applications are shadowdancer and shifter. If you seek to apply for one of those classes, you may send a PM to any DM, including myself. (Including multiple DMs as recipients is also a good way to make sure someone sees your message.) Please provide details in your PM of why your character should pursue the class.
In addition to those two prestige classes requiring applications, some prestige classes have other limitations. Purple Dragon Knight is only available to members of the Royal Corps of Monster Hunters (a player guild of Purple Dragons) that have been knighted. Harper Scout is only available to members of the Harpers guild.
Though Red Wizard is not a class in NWN, the prestige of being a Red Wizard on FRC is also by application-only, and has specific mechanical requirements.
In addition to some classes requiring applications or being limited to certain guilds, some class combinations are not allowed, such as sorcerer/blackguard and monk/druid/shifter.
