While many people wait until Greengrass to celebrate spring, some celebrate the equinox on 19 Ches.
Among these are the faithful of Lathander. Dawn on this day is one of the most sacred times of the year for the Lord of Spring, and is one of the occasions on which priests of Lathander perform the Song of Dawn.
May the Rising Sun on this day bring you good fortune in your endeavors.

Many elven communities have different celebrations during the Vernal Equinox; these are The Budding, The Dance of Swirling Winds, and one that has many names in many communities. Some of the names that I know of are: Springtide, Spring Revel, Ethele'Mele, Sheelala and Tuile'Eostra.
Player of: Ariean Hunithitryn'Rae: some fancy names/titles and Handy Girl.
Once again the Spring Equinox comes. Across Faerun, temples to Lathander ring with the Song of Dawn, as the Frostmaiden's icy grasp upon the land is replaced by the promise of the Morninglord's warm embrace.

As the first Morning light shines upon the lands of Faerun on this day, it is greeted by the welcoming sound of voices raised in song. From the lone priest in an unnamed hamlet to the choir of the great church in Marsember, Dawn on the first day of Spring is celebrated with the Song of Dawn wherever Lathander is worshipped.
