Just a lot of rain where I'm at (Los Angeles area) with what is for us cold weather. I keep going in and out of my apartment hoping the weather resets, but I think either the script is broken or someone is staying outside, probably under a tree by the neighborhood store or something.

Well not as much snow but then the daytime high temperature is -21 C. I blame Vana *laughing*

Well no snow last night but it got don to 24 feeling like 18. Street is less icy but it seems I had a cold hiding and it decided to show itself today. So I am home. Tonight it's supposed to go down to 20.

NC here. It was 20 F last week. It is currently 70 F. This demands a sequel: "How the Grinch Stole The Rest Of Winter As Well." Somewhere in the Northwest, there is a big circle of powdered silver with Auril's name writ in long forgotten glyphs, and huge ice-filled footprints striding away into a frostbitten forest.

Tomorrow it is anticipated a severe snow storm in WA. Possible high winds along with the snow. So if I suddenly wink out and can not come back you will know why.

So major dump as well continues. Cars and suv's on the street almost totally covered. I would say about eight inches cover our driveway minimal. I left the east cast to escape this.

My power was out for about three hours yesterday. Due to the freezing temps, our driveway and street look like a hockey rink.

It is for us. It is clouding over. Weather channel reports 90% precipitation today and 100% tonight, all snow. Tuesday we may see some rain showers. I am pissed as all the property taxes we pay and being on a street with a school, the city does not even consider us. We live on a dead end street which is on a hill. If the street was sanded at least, we could make it to the main artery which is sanded.

Temperatures warmed up over noght. Snow is melting on its own. So it looks like we can shovel the driveway and I can get to work. I will be late but better late and safe.

I disregard the name Dorian, and insist this one is Scrambles the Death Dealer.

My friend said the hurricane was lasting a really long time. I told him that somewhere in someone’s attic there is a painting of a hurricane that is slowly turning into a tropical depression.

My place got "brushed" by Dorian. Trees are down everywhere. My yard is a wreck and have not had power since Wednesday night. Just hooked up a generator.
