Across the village some of the folk are shooting the breeze about their day to day affairs (who has the biggest crush on the guardsman with the cute butt.)
The talk of festivities hits the air. People across the civilized lands are making plans about the spring equinox, the greengrass festival and the full selune.

Things you may discern: 
Ches 19 (march 20) First day of spring , First of Four Feasts in the Nature Circles (Lots of Pie)

Tarsakh 1 (April 1) The Queen's Gambit: Followers of the Red Knight celebrate with feasting and games, particularly chess.

Tarsakh 10 (April 10) Worshipers of Waukeen observe Spheres, (Spheres High Festival) a High Festival including a parade* of glass baubles filled with gems and coins which are then catapulted into the city at random. *(Or like an Arms show or Arms Expo to show of the Military might of the city keeping order from giving to chaos)

Tarsakh 30 (April 30) Greengrass Festival, it will be a time for families and friends to gather, dance, and celebrate the Cormyrian lifestyle.

Full moons are always on either the first day or last day of the month.
The three-day full moon cycles of Ches and Tarsakh; 
29 Alturiak to 01 Ches
30 Ches to 02 Tarsakh
Greengrass to 02 Mirtul

So the last tenday of this month seems more busy then usual with song birds singing and children laughing and playing about the roads and fields and the arrival of many new animals clinging to winter shelters for the last tendays of the Claws of Winter.

Among the grasses are blooming the purple delicate blossoms of gentile slowly warming winds and more frequent rain falls preparing the soil for its transformation, small collections of yellow and some white flowers are sprouting to bloom as well as the butterflies in the hills are drawn the the sweet smells.
New buds are forming on the branches of trees and less traveled paths are being overtaken by natures embrace as the nights grow warmer enveloped in larger cloud swaths forming in the bedding the night sky.

*whispers are starting to circulate about a hin woman in green hide leathers, green fur mantle with hood and carrying a wooden staff recently has been camping in the hills just east of Shallybrook and frequenting the town ... since her arrival some of the residence have noted strange things happening ... some even reporting directly to Sheriff Frimdriscol ...

... Frumio upon one his late caravan returns reported a small fire in the hills to the east where there were strange noises, faerie fire and shadows dancing ...

... Belomery reported that a strange hooded woman asked about the ogre threat and the towns defense and, according to her report, visited the potbelly pig stall and had a conversation with it in hushed whispers ...

... Brandioc reported that she had seen the same woman before in the past but somehow she acts different then when she had met with her before and each time she has visited she walks around seemingly in a trance either looking for something or studying certain parts of the temple but never saying a word other than what she required wit each visit ... which are mostly kits and distilling agents ...

Lastly, Regriappi said that the 'Green Lady', as they started calling her, visited the Inn for fruits and grains just before close ... before making the purchase, however, she commented on the dying flower bouquet he had on the bar ...
