Somewhere along the coastal road from Suzail to Marsember

... somebody has covered a wooden roadsign with lipstick paintings of little hearts, flowers, and kissy lips. Around the signpost a bunch of flowers have been strewn and a single armed glitterburst is stuck between the sign and the part of the signpost it's dangling from. It's quite probable that anybody who touches the sign would set it off and cover both the sign and anybody close by with pretty fairy dust.
