A woman hooded, and wearing a dark outfit enters Suzail and walks hastily to the shrines in the northern part of the city bearing in her hands a small package, she enters the one devoted to Lliira, and spends a few moments within, before exiting again, and continuing Eastward out of the gates, without the bundle.
