I know this is likely far less detailed than you'd like, but time permitted me to collect few details.
A known slaver, and possibly necromancer with connections to the Cabal, by the name of Mystogan was seen last night heading to the city carrying a "Body-Like" object. The object bared a resemblance to a pale-skinned moon-elf going by the name of Sydilla (Could be misspelled) yet was darker in color and covered in runes that were disorientating when looked upon. The "Body" like object was incomplete, presumably artificial, and was dripping fluid that was silver-ish in color. The body had a letter addressed "to Bron" on it. I do not know if this is the same "Bron" as the arrow merchant who works by our bank.
Mystogan was traveling with a collection of mouthy, and mostly antagonistic, elves and hin, (the "real" Sydilla was in the group) who appeared to have been traveling to the Enclave originally, but changed their destination to Valkur's Roar once I approached them for questioning. They claimed their intentions where that of inquiry, and while possible, the hostile and suspicious background of Mystogan and some of his companion were an object of concern.
When I arrived to Valkur's Roar, I informed the gate guards to keep an eye out for their activity. ((Names and badge numbers are provided)).
I am aware there is not enough information here to have intervened, but I have provided this report for reference should trouble result from whatever they were up to.
I am available for questioning should you feel its warranted.
