Over the last few weeks work teams bring lumber, stone and various unmarked crates to a building in the central square of Arabel.
Over the last few days fresh coats of paint are applied over the new constructions & all sorts of colorful cloth and thespian props arrive.
Priestess Kalista of Milil is extremely cheerful & talks to anyone who comes to visit her about how she cannot wait for the grand opening of the Theatre.
The apothecary Julia and the smith Vashan are occasionally seen coming and going from the Theatre as well. Rumors fly that there might be a temporary sale to commemorate the Theatre's grand opening.
At the alehouse, Dale shares his admiration for the new construction with patrons, even remarking that Arabel finally seems to be turning around its fortunes.

Late in the afternoon at the Arabel docks a ship is being unloaded. A very large crate hangs from the creaking ropes of a crane while men struggle to lower it slowly onto the docks. On the docks, a safe distance away, stands a blonde woman overseeing the dock workers.
"Careful! CAREFUL!" she shouts as a cold wind gust makes one of the workers lose his grip for a moment, the crate swaying dangerously over the water. "CAREFUL! Don't you dare break this one too! DON'T YOU DARE! Do you have any idea how expensive it is?! I've already paid for three others!"
After much shouting from the woman and grunting from the dock workers the huge and heavy crate is at last safely moved from ship to dock. Writing in large black letters can be read on the crate, such as "Fragile", "This side up", and something about Amn. Despite all the shouting, the woman thanks the workers kindly and pays them generously. She then turns to a new gathering of men, and orders them to move the crate to the theatre... "CAREFULLY!"

Amused, Mirrir watches on, perfectly capable of assisting, but apparently not of a mind to sully her hands with the task. Consulting her ledger more often than paying attention to what's going on, she follows along, perhaps more with a curiosity towards what disaster might befall this particular piano when it's managed to get so much closer to it's goal than the others.

Vennis studies the new construction with pride, inspecting all the small technical masonry work and painting and decoration as the craftsmen continue their jobs. Occasionally he stops to look at the odd stage prop or two, nodding with satisfaction.
