Pages of parchment are spread around in a few key locations, tacked to boards around the Enclave. One near the Priador Emporium, and the Eastern Imports.
The messages read the same:
"These notices have been made regarding an Eastern Importer, formerly licensed to trade with Thay, one "Dhananjay Foundson." I personally request that trade with this importer be permanently shut off, on the grounds he: Disrespected me as a Red Wizard of Thay, insulted my higher intelligence, and threatening to "talk to my superior" when I did not roll over for him. He is an unprofessional fool who overstepped his station. Call special notice to the fact that he was /formerly/ licensed, which at the very least should be looked into the: why he is no longer working, and whom he was working for at the time. He is currently not useful to us and thus not a loss. Trade with this disrespectful imbecile should be declined as should his ability to view Enclave records.
Signed, Joran Fezim, Red Wizard of Thay, Specialized Necromancer, Diabolist. Approved researcher by Vice-Ambassador Yastan of Thay."

A message is tacked beneath it in a careful hand.
"Dhananjay Foundson, registered in Westgate as being allowed to resale Thayan statues, carpets, and other luxury goods. You can contact Third Circle Registrar Xaron Thelin-an in the city of Westgate, at the Thayan Embassy. I sold luxury items on resale under standard contract for that city. All my liscenses and goods, Thayan and otherwise, were looted and/or destroyed in Monksblade due to the recent conflict with Sembia, as I had relocated there for various reasons.
I approached the mage above with the desire to reestablish my business and once again sell Thayan goods (profits of which go partially to thay), and he immediately became rude and indignant, in the middle of the village of Great gaunt, and began belittling and threatening me, and refused to give me the simple bit of information of who the local registrar was."
Dhananjay Foundson, importer, art and fine good dealer, formerly of Westgate.

Joran would halt walking by when he saw one of his notices got a response. He would read it, clicking his front teeth, before he tugged it off the board, folded it up, and tucked it away. An Imp materialized on his shoulder, and he spoke in a moderately raised voice, though it doesn't hint at anger or any emotion:
"Rekhyt, 'odrr draka cyonjk! Yv ra k'dk orydran yra 'k, jakdnyi yd."
The Imp would kick off from his shoulder and into the air, and could be seen watching from the rooftops, keeping an eye on Joran's posted notices. Should any other messages be tacked under Joran's own, those keen of eye and, for whatever reason, watching the notices, would see the Imp read them, and if unsatisfactory, destroy them, as ordered. In the event anyone tries to apprehend Joran's Imp, it would hiss and fly to the rooftops, or if in a potentially harmful situation, go invisible.

Dhan just delivers a note directly to the guard, telling him it's about money making for the Thayans.
