The letter is dispatched via standard courier, destined to the nearest chapter house. It is marked to be opened, read, and resealed and shipped onwards.
Brothers and Sisters,
I am putting out a call to all members of our order who can read this, not only to answer the call but to pass it on to other chapter houses.
The kingdom of Cormyr is in a state of degeneration. The aristocracy erodes and ignores the power of the legitimate ruler, the Regent and her charge, the King, her nephew. Many seem to be disregarding their duty to the people they rule over.
Cormyr needs our help.
We must consider what happened in Tethyr. I fear that a civil war is not long at hand, with the nobles and the war wizards and the purple dragons and the loyalist all being a force that may engage in this.
More then that, the kingdom is at war, and the refugee camps are swamped with crime. I'm just one paladin, and our church here seems small in official knights, paladins, clerics, and monks. If anything else I need assistance with that.
Let the word be heard. Pass this letter on to our other chapter homes as quickly as possible, for the attached must get to the grandmaster as quickly as possible. And you may pass the word on to our brothers in the Order of the Holy Judgement. They deserve to know of this situation as well.

A second letter is attached. This one is sealed and written 'To the Grandmaster of Our Order"
(Just a note, there's no info on the gender or age or anything else about the grandmaster of the order. Technically speaking I don't even know if their IS a grandmaster, though it seems logical to be one)
Grandmaster,
I have more dire news that I will not put in the main letter, because I wish your wisdom on it.
The War Wizards seem to be making moves of their own, solidifying their own political position. They have long been considered the power behind the throne, but their methods, from the confessions of one of the former Purple Dragons, are inhumane and in violation of the very foundations of free civilization.
She has confessed before I two other Tyrran, amongst others, that the war wizards violated her mind without her permission, and tore her thoughts from it. A violation of the mind, to go into it and violate it, is the worst crime, worse then even violation of the body, since the mind is directly linked to the soul even more so then the physical form.
This gross violation of right and goodness, and the fact that it is treated as 'necessary', is most disturbing as all. This is the speech of a worshiper of the black hand, or someone likely to fall to his influence. Cormyr was once one of the greatest example of Tyrs justice in the lands. Now I feel it is rapidly decaying into a foul mockery of what it once was.
I also must confess that I have begun to campaign for the seat of high priest of valkurs roar formerly known as redmist. The corruption of the nobility is most obvious here. It is disgusting beyond belief.
With Tethyr more or less secured and many of our brothers and sisters now transient, I wish to ask your wisdom.
Should we set up a new fortress of the faithful here in COrmyr? To head off civil war, restore just law, and help purge the aristocracy of corruption?
I know we number just a little less then one hundred, but your voice holds much sway in the halls of our faith.
Please reply soon, for the situation is desperate.
