-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *A note placed at every note board inside the enclave and inside the hall of shrines. a few notes even hit greatguant and valkurs roar*
Remaking the hall of shrines
The Red Wizards of the enclave have bin talking about expanding the hall of Shrines so that every faith can have a place of their own.
Make note that this is still not approved or decided yet and it is only on a talking base as of yet.
We wish to hear from all the active worshipers of the different faiths at the hall of shines, if we are to rebuild the halls would you be willing to contribute to this by gold, in return of a bit of influence to how the temple of your god or goddess are to look in the future in order to please your god or goddess the most.
We are also open to requests from new faiths that wish to apply for minor temple here at the enclave.
Note again that this is Thayan soil and all decision are at the end left with the council of Red Wizards here.
You can send your massages to me and I will carry them on to the council.
All applications will be treaded with outmost care to insure anonymity.
*Signed*
Sham Von Mensen, Order of the Red Wizards, School of Necromancy.
( you are welcome to pm me or find me ingame and ill gather up the information and send it on to the dm´s)

Sham Von Mensen sits in his chamber looking over some old architecture plans of temples build in Thay.
After a few hours he calls one of the guards in and hands him a sealed scroll.
*Make sure this gets to my family back in Thay, I’m sure they know of a good acritech.*
Before the guards leaves Sham Von Mensen stops him…
*You better show it to her omnipotence Khazarh for approval.*
The guard nods and turns, making his way to Khazarh´s private chambers
*The scroll reads*
The Proskur Enclave hereby sends word for a architect to make the design of our possible development on a few new temples here at the enclave, we will take a trip around Cormyr to have a look at how other temples are build in this land to find the right combination of Thayan and Cormyrian architectures fitting the enclave the best.
10.000 lions will be paid to the architect alone for making the trip here, my family Von Mensen will provide for and armed escort here, and a price for the development of the architectural plans will be set on arrival.
Note that a few of the local people are willing to make donations in return of influence to how they think their temples will please their god or goddess the best, a detailed price description will be needed on every items the locals request to be build in there.

The Thayan Enclave was first inspired by it's "source" entry found in the book "Lords of Darkness", which contains a very detailed description of the Proskur Enclave in general and specifically points out that these are a group of "shrines" and not separate temples. On Pages 64 through 77 of "Lords of Darkness" you'll find a pretty complete outline of the actual Proskur Enclave. I'm not ruling out any changes or additions as that's not my call to make. I will remind folk that Justicar however desired that FRC be brought more "in-line" with it's various source materials when possible and this desire was the actual reason Isinhold became Greatgaunt and Redmist became Valkur's Roar. This same source also comments as follows: In other words, while it does not clarify whether the Khazark herself is a follower of Kossuth, she is supported and dependant upon them for services and labor. Were she to then "allow" or even "promote" the elevation of a present shrine to something more ... upto a full temple, then it would reflect a significant change in politics within the Enclave itself. When it comes to shrines and temples, moreso in a populated environment ... "size does matter". If other dieties have larger shrines ... or even a temple one day, it would ICly denote a power shift in their favors which would probably result in both overt and covert power struggles amongst various NPCs to regain or retain that power and favor. Playing the "Devil's Advocate", I can see many outcomes based on certain scenarios: Larger separate Shrine or even a small Temple to Bane built:- While Kossuth sees Bane's return as a good thing due to many common views, Kossuth is still the most prominent Deity among Red Wizards. Will the wizards themselves allow a trend that might one day cause a magocracy to become a theocracy? - Might the Priests of Kossuth see the increased status of another Deity and take steps to thwart it? A simple boycotte and holding back their labor to produce the enclave's healing goods could be the result. Would Banites be able to pick up the slack? - PCs are always a very small minority of any given faith. Elevating another faith requires, at least ICly, a shift in the general populace to that faith to support it. Anyhow, just some food for thought. Any changes beyond cosmetic could and even should have deeper and long lasting impacts on both PCs and NPCs because of them.

/// hopefully the last ooc on there // Hey Kelb its not a problem, we still stick to the books, i never sayed anything about making something outside the hall of shines only that we can make new and bigger rooms inside and shape them to the wish of the faithful.. its would be temples inside the one building. as Hawk already knows ill run all idea by the team and the final vote on how the expand will be is left up to the building team.. do send me a pm if you like, and we can take it on from there

Sham,
I would thoroughly enjoy adding to the temple, as previously mentioned. I have found shrines to Tiamat very lacking. Thank you
