will more often than not see the Bearded Elf, adorned in golden Mithril Full Plate and covered in protective magics, leaning on a tree as they pass. He will nod to them, purposefully making his presence known. He wishes them safe travels, and lets them know the "Rules of the Forest."
He reminds them that failure to abide by the Rules of the Forest can have dire consequences.
"Individuals have been known to disappear here, never to return. Be safe, and be smart."

- Should one kill an animal, one must be doing so to harvest its meat.
