Quick question...
Do werewolves eat dead bodies found in their den? They didnt kill it, but a bleeding body was found in it when they return from a hunt.

lol... I said 'no' because I hate you, silly.
Honestly, I'm not sure. I don't see why they would, but I don't see why they wouldn't. Depends on how much food they got, I guess.

Lol considering wolves mainly eat Carrion as a last resort, when game is low... and the fact that werewolves are part human, might push it in the "not eating a dead body" that they didnt kill.

Werewolves kill for 3 primary reasons, depending on type of werewolf:
1. Uncontrollable Murderous rage (afflicted werewolves) 2. Thrill of the hunt and kill (natural werewolves) 3. Keep their identity (afflicted) / plots (natural) a secret.
While werewolves can kill to eat (and I'm sure some do, especially Malarite werewolves) they are generally sentient creatures with very strong olfactory senses. It is unlikely that they would eat an already dead animal (human or otherwise) if it is in much stage of decomposition.
Of course, as sentient creatures, a house full of werewolves don't really make a lot of sense. It would be more likely that Mano or Juster was a werewolf than that there is a whole house full of unidentified werewolves. Of course werewolves return to their natural form when they die so they wouldn't remain unidentified for long either way...
Werewolves are so easy to kill in NWN though, and their real danger (affliction) is practically unplayable, so it makes them less dramatic than they could be. One secret afflicted werewolf in a community (who may not even know he is a werewolf) is a serious threat, and a natural werewolf (who can create afflicted and has his full faculties) is an even greater danger because he is likely to plot and scheme, and conduct his murders with logic and reason.

munroe makes some good points. of course, even though wherewolves may not eat the corpse, they are still liable to do something to it. werewolves are all chaotic evil (the natural ones, and the afflicted werewolves instantly become CE the moment they decide to transform willingly to their beast/hybrid forms) so they could feel tempted to use the body as a warning signal by putting it on a post or something. normally however, i'd expect any sentient being to look into who dumped the body there and why. encroaching upon their territory and dumping a dead body there is likely to get their attention drawn to you... ;D
