Sharita sat in Isinhold, thinking upon a few things, and watching the gathering near the campfire. Galia was fiddling with a wand when it suddenly went off. The spell must have angered Rolandy, as he suddenly came running towards her and started flailing at her with his tiny fists, with a quick movement, Galia swung her staff, and the boy fell lifeless to the ground. Sharita was on her feet without a thought, and confronted Galia. Taking her to the Red Ravens, they talked for a while on the matter. As no guards arrived, Sharita allowed Galia to leave of her own accord, but that she would have to answer the summons of the court, for Sharita had fully intended to submit to the law the report of the incident.
She handed to Sir Callen the report as follows:
A Report of Offense within the town of Isinhold
Accused: Galia Tir'eir
Charges: Spellcasting within the town of Isinhold, murder of Rolandy.
Witnesses: Gial Thiceras, Aramil Cavilous, Padrin Wefnent, Keetena Silkhair, Son'ya, Pragor the Half- Orc.
The accused was handling a wand when it discharged. The boy Rolandy then charged and attacked her, and she struck him down. The accused was then taken to the Red Ravens where we awaited an officer of the law. As none were available, and the accused was more than co-operative, the accused was released until such time as the court may review the case and begin proceedings against the accused. The accused agreed to answer the court summons when it is ready to review and proceed.
The boy, Rolandy, was taken to be cared for by Merriss.
