At the rear of the court hall building in Suzail seems to be a lighter gray rectangle apparently painted there to cover up some graffiti. However, over this gray rectangle are new words painted in black.
Justice Loves the Black Hand
Some eyewitness account tells of a figure hooded and cloaked all in black carrying a paint pail at night, but who's to take a closer look with the ever lingering threat of vampires?

She walked into the small shop her well-worn cape snapping about her ankles at the breeze through the door. Adamas a bit startled utter firmly “My lady I have those amber draughts in stock, certainly no need to be so upset”.
“Forgive me its just … well just so … so infuriating”. “Such petty vandalism, a great stone building like that, and now it is besmirched”. “The grand center of Suzial and this … this thing happens”.
Adamas gave her a measured calming look “Exactly what happened my dear, ahem, to the Justice building”.
“You know, those pointless scribbling have appeared again.” “I much prefer the leaflets nothing quite as useful to light the fire place with” and with a small giggle, “I do get in a flap about such don’t I”.
“Ah I see, well I might be of help in that, let me see…” Adamas kneeled down sorting from various boxes clinking a rattling for several moments. “I do believe this just the thing.” “Add three drops the potion to hot water, apply a little of the old elbow grease and problem removed”. “My word it sound like magic”
Adamus only grinned, “My dear lady tis my craft of course it is such”.
“Err… there is of course the matter of the price” her eyes looking longingly at the greenish vial.
Adamus waved his hand, “ A customer like yourself, in every week like clockwork” He grinned a moment “Remove that bit of blight and I will call it even”.
“I shall do it myself” rolling up the sleeve of her orange tunic. “Tyrluk can wait. This comes first.” She replied swooping out of the shop.
Adamas only chuckled, “I pity the wall”.
