Thanks for the Warm Welcome

I considered throwing this into the hats off for good RP thread but it didn't quite seem to fit.

I wanted to take the time to thank the community in general for an exceptionally warm welcome to the server. I've never actually RPed by way of computer before, we're still sitting around playing d&d 2nd ed ad here at the table every weekend! With me moving away soon we wanted a way to keep up the rp so one of our friends recommend giving NWN a try as he plays on this server. I was pretty skeptical!

Needless to say I've been proven wrong, so I'd really like to let you guys know I appreciate the effort a lot of you put into your characters and the willingness to help a nub out.

I'm not exceptionally familiar with names but here's a few shout outs;

Jace and Ramas especially for being quick to take me on and show me the ropes. Hoot and Aron for the first pc driven quest and the tips on how to use the dice bag! Kelendros for providing that kind feeling of a security blanket in and out of character. Valla, Phelzoran, and Evelwyn for the sense of awe and mystery around the inn and Ratagast for the simple quest of material collections that's taken me so far. To the DM's for not smiting me while I screwed up the /dm [laugnage] command. And then the most important, Drast, for getting me into the game in the first place! (now I pray I spelled everyone right)

There's so many more people that I'd be typing for a week if I tried. You guys make up a great bunch of folks and it's wonderful to see such open arms in a small community.

I moved from my PNP friends and could not find non munchie players for love or money.
Stopped playing for years.
A friend put me into NWNs and been on ever sense. It is not PNP but in some ways it is better.
